Tottenham Hotspur’s state-of-the-art training centre, located on a 77-acre site at Bulls Cross, offers world-class playing, training and medical facilities for both the men’s and women’s teams.
It serves as the training base for the first team and youth academy and regularly hosts visiting international squads.
Situated within the Metropolitan Green Belt, the development was carefully shaped in collaboration with the Club and coaching staff and we worked to refine the design, ensuring optimal use of space and a focus on peak performance. The result is an elegant, landscape-led masterplan where every element reflects a commitment to excellence.
At the heart of the complex is the main building, which features a 66 x 46m ETFE-covered artificial pitch, nestled between two accommodation wings. Designed with strategic sightlines and subtle design enhancements, the facility aims to inspire future generations of athletes to push their limits and achieve elite performance.
