This project represents the realisation of the Club’s long-term vision to invest in and nurture the rich pool of talent in South London. With a focus on the holistic development of young players, the scheme breathes new life into a previously underused site, transforming and reconfiguring existing buildings to deliver state-of-the-art training, education, care and playing facilities.
The Academy features six full-size pitches and an indoor pitch, providing high-performance infrastructure for over 200 players. Beyond elite player development, the facility also supports the Club’s community outreach initiatives, enabling the growth of vital programmes that promote social mobility, health and overall well-being.
