Brighton & Hove Albion FC’s state-of-the-art training and teaching facility holds Category One status under the Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). It strikes a careful balance between performance and functionality, delivering outstanding training and educational facilities for all squads. The centre features 11 full- and half-size natural grass and artificial pitches, as well as a half-size covered indoor pitch, ensuring year-round usability regardless of weather.
The distinctive Y-shaped building separates the academy and first team into dedicated wings, with shared spaces thoughtfully positioned at the core. Building on the Club’s continued success, the facility was recently expanded to include medical and media facilities, enhanced gym and recovery areas, and a dedicated spa to support elite player development and well-being.
Most recently, the Club has added a stand-alone Elite Women and Girls Training Centre, offering equivalent top-tier facilities tailored for the Super League team.
