Lime Quarter represents the final stage of a mixed-use urban development context designed by ORMS, with planning consent secured by the Workspace Group in 2011.
Phase 4 includes a 19-storey contemporary residential tower incorporating 130 high-quality, predominantly private-sale apartments and a second 7-storey block providing 3,500 sqm of flexible office space and meeting rooms for small businesses.
Our technical delivery role stems from our successful, ongoing relationship with Galliford Try. Like most of our current projects with them, our primary focus is on modern building detailing, appropriate specification and overall deliverability.
“The scheme provides not only high-quality mixed tenure homes for local people, but also creates modern, sleek workspace for local businesses to thrive within.”
Matthew Taylor, Managing Director, Vistry Partnerships
We work across a diverse range of projects and take pride in consistently delivering results through strong collaboration, learning from one another and providing support to achieve the best outcomes.
“Tenants of these commercial spaces benefit from excellent facilities. It was the integration into the residential development of live/workspace that we found most impressive.”
