This flexible approach has helped establish London Stadium as one of the most versatile multi-use venues in the world.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Working closely with LS185, the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), UK Athletics and Major League Baseball (MLB), KSS has provided ongoing support for the planning, design and delivery of a wide range of sporting and entertainment overlays. This has included accommodation strategies for athletics championships and events, concert configurations for international touring acts, and the development of field layouts, seating strategies and operational overlays for the MLB London Series. Through these commissions, KSS has helped optimise venue operations while maintaining spectator experience and event functionality across multiple event formats.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>More recently, KSS has supported LS185 and LLDC on a range of venue enhancement initiatives aimed at improving the spectator experience and maximising the stadium's long-term operational potential.
